Our classes are structured with 3 or 4 phases: 

Warm Up | Preparing our body through a series of mobility techniques to assist our range of motion.

Strength | Systematically Optimizing biomechanical loading strategies to develop power and raw strength.

Core  | reinforcing the importance of midline stability to augment the overall development of the mobility and strength training protocols.
